I own a website and have a host. I am currently using the host free basic web builder software they offer. I want to be able to build my own web site using HTML and CSS. I have only some experience with HTML and know the way it works. I have microsoft expressions and adobe photoshop cs4. I have a few questions:
Is there a place I can find free website templets I can use and add to for my site?
Where can I learn the easiest way to use CSS?
Is there any program that is free to use to build a nice website for beginners?
My website needs to be in Spanish/English is there a way to have the option in language selection?

Eclipse (Google "download Eclipse") is free development IDE for many programming languages, including HTML/Javascript/CSS.
Download Firefox browser and Firebug add-on for Firefox, it helps a lot with web development…
Multilingual site setup will depend on what your hosting will support, Apache web server supports multilingual setup on server level so it requires no scripting, in other cases you might need to script Multilingual functionality yourself…
We are going to be using GoDaddy – not really out of any want to give money to them, but we do want cheap, reliable hosting. Cheap being the key word lol. They offer PostNuke, Drupal, Xoops, Mambo, and Joomla! as free addons. We just need Forums, a place to put strategy guides, an image gallery, and a slick and clean overall look. Thank you everyone!

Okay so i am planning on making like a fansite/news website for Women’s Wrestling and i have alot of questions. Whats a good free host? How do you install cutenews and layouts that you have? How do you get the stuff on the sidebar there? How do you have the affiliate pictures clickable? How do you get a photo gallery thinggy and how do they work? I’m new to this and i know i have lots to learn, but i really will work to be able to do this. Any help on any of this is really appreciated as this is something i really would love to do. I have postcard viewer on my website but it says that the ‘Gallery.XML is not found’ but just 10 mins ago it was fine, i have deleted all of the postcard viewer files and re uploaded them and it still says this, on my local files, when i try it, it works but not on my site, please help me, http://www.ryan-j.co.uk and i am using 000webhost free hosting and my domain host. even though i don’t think that matters is 123-reg.co.uk
You’re 13 and you know how to do all this? Flash, XML, forms that are validated, good job man. There’s probably a browser compatibility problem, but when I got there the flash menu and everything worked fine. You did a pretty good job man.

its getting ridiculous, after you’ve paid pay pal and e.bay, postage etc you come out with barely anything.
Then people just don’t want to pay a proper price for stuff. Like they quibble over pennies.
